The story so far

Flexibility gives you strength.

Every role I've held has added a different kind of range — engineering, infrastructure, security, IT, leadership. I've never seen those as separate tracks. The versatility is the point: it's what lets me connect the dots others treat as someone else's problem.

The through-line

I'm a technology leader with a deep-rooted passion for building secure, scalable platforms through a DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering lens. My core belief is simple: infrastructure, security, and IT are not standalone concerns — they're core features that should seamlessly support and enhance the customer experience.

My leadership style centers on empowerment. I hire great people, set them up for success, and then get out of their way — offering guidance, support, and vision rather than mandates. I see my job as building ecosystems where people and technology can do their best work, together.

Impact

I've led DevOps and SRE-driven transformations that broke down silos, improved cross-functional collaboration, and boosted team output by up to 50%. Whether building teams from the ground up or guiding existing ones through change, my focus is aligning engineering, infrastructure, and IT with the broader business — while fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and sustainable success.

I've architected systems across all major cloud platforms, including leading a lean team of four to support a fleet of 3,000–4,000 nodes running millions of synthetic tests daily across eight cloud providers. From monolith-to-microservice transitions to cloud-native designs, my technical choices are grounded in solving real business problems — not chasing trends.

Security as a feature, not a blocker

In regulated sectors like healthcare and finance, I've championed a security-first mindset. I've led SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance efforts, contributed to FedRAMP initiatives, and laid the groundwork for CMMC 2.0. I'm currently advancing alignment with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 — reinforcing my belief that security should be a product feature, enabling responsible, sustainable scale rather than standing in its way.

Culture & collaboration

Technology should serve people, and that starts with culture. I partner across Sales, Marketing, and Product to make sure technical strategy is inclusive, clearly communicated, and always customer-centric. I'm passionate about translating complex initiatives into approachable narratives that unify teams around shared goals.
